At ZIbra’s Perfume Closet, we carefully inspect and package every fragrance before it leaves our boutique. Because fragrance is a personal-care product and inventory may be limited, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Fragrances you no longer want
• Fragrances you do not like after smelling or wearing them
• Incorrect items ordered by the customer
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Products purchased in person or online

We encourage you to review fragrance descriptions, notes, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged During Shipping

If your perfume arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please send clear photos showing:

• The damaged perfume bottle
• The original packaging
• The shipping box
• Any visible leakage, breakage, or other damage

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Once we receive your photos, our team will assess the damage.

If a Replacement Is Available

If the same fragrance is still in stock and your damage claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

If the Fragrance Is No Longer Available

If the damaged fragrance is no longer available, you will receive a store credit for the value of the damaged item, along with a free-shipping coupon to use on your next order.

Please Note

Minor cosmetic imperfections to exterior packaging that do not affect the perfume bottle or usability of the fragrance may not qualify as product damage.
