Zibra’s Perfume Closet – Return & Exchange Policy
At Zibra’s Perfume Closet, every fragrance is handled with care to ensure quality, authenticity, and freshness. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Policy
- All fragrances, perfume oils, and body products are final sale once opened.
- Unopened items may be eligible for exchange only, and must be reported within 30 days of purchase or delivery, whichever comes first.
- No refunds are available on any purchase. Store credit or exchange may be considered only for unopened items that meet inspection and approval requirements.
Damages & Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If your package arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, including packaging and shipping label.
- Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
(Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be reviewed, and may not qualify for replacement.)
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Opened fragrances or oils
- Used items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items or samples
By completing a purchase through Zibra’s Perfume Closet, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. These policies are in place to maintain the integrity, hygiene, and authenticity of every fragrance we offer.
